Participation in WEJCH

Registration for WEJCH 2020 is closed.

To participate in WEJCH 2020, you must:

- fill in the form in the "registration" tab (it is necessary to log in);

- pay the registration fees (the modalities will be specified later);

- if you have not already done so, join ARDM for the current year (12 euros for PhD students).

The registration fee is 110 euros for a double room or 150 euros for a single room and includes:

- the shuttle bus from Grenoble station to the hotel Cartusia where the WEJCH will take place;

- accommodation from Wednesday afternoon to Friday morning (nights from Wednesday to Thursday and Thursday to Friday);

- meals from Wednesday evening to Friday morning (Wednesday evening, Thursday morning and noon, festive meal Thursday evening, Friday morning).

Note: If the seminar makes a profit, it will be used to partially or fully refund the registration fees of participants who could not be funded by their laboratory.
